When recruiting trainees we look for excellent law graduates with relevant experience; an outgoing character and the commitment join us as and become an active team member.
We usually select our trainees from our paralegals or through our university intern programme. Therefore, if you would like to join us as a trainee solicitor, you are encouraged to apply as a paralegal or intern through our university intern programme.
To enable you to decide which area of law you are most interested in, during the two year training period, you will spend time in different practice areas where you will gain hands-on experience with us and Boase, Cohen & Collins, our associate firm. We offer an extensive training programme where you will be involved in all our key practice areas. You will find yourself exposed to a wide range of legal transactions and research work where you will have the opportunity to gain and develop your legal knowledge, expertise, experience and abilities.
From the moment you join us, you will be supervised by one of our partners who will review your progress and provide you with regular informal feedback. You are also encouraged to discuss with us your thoughts and suggestions to further enhance your knowledge and experience.
